If you need to go higher then you can just use the jets. As stated above there is already the back flip and the kick jump

Already exists. It's called a kick jump, pretty important to know how to do.

I know about bunnyhopping, backflip and nade/M79 jump, but I don't know what a kick jump is. Can you enlighten me?
(I've searched forum and Soldat wiki, with zero success...)

echo is right, its when you jump sideways and let go of the side button while holding jump, so that you get a boost. Very good for slopes (most people do them on a hill without realizing, but they can be done anywhere).
