I keep getting kicked for battle eye violation

I don't even know what battle eye is, and as far as I know, it's in the battle eye folder of soldat. I did some research and it's ant-cheating of some sort, so I downloaded it, but it was already in the folder. So, I don't know what I'm violating if I have it in the folder. how can I fix this?  [fist]

What is the exact violation you're getting kicked for?

And if I'd have to guess:

Try re-installing Soldat, worked for me before.
