Well, I like buying a computer with a OS I'm most familiar with, so if they say Windows 7 will be as secure as Vista or more secure, but with none of the crap, we'll be seeing it in 2011. :P

Oh, and I herd Google is making a OS along with their internet browser.

You got it all wrong, there is no such thing as Windows 7, there is on the other hand Vista SP3 ;)

LOL yea the comic was good, although I don't see what's so bad about vista. I've had slot less problems with vista than with xp, and I've been using it for nearly a year now.

I will probably try it.

Windows 7 [Public Beta] is basicly Vista for Xp.
And yes, Its called Windows 7.

So I just asked my friend about it, who installed the OS on a separate partition, and he said that it was pretty good.  All the vid reviews I've seen on Youtube were generally positive as well.

Looking forward to the full release.  If it is any better than Vista, I'll be sure to upgrade.

I hope its good because I want to buy a fairly nice computer within a few years and don't want vista. Hopefully Windows realized we don't want to be babied on the computer.

I've been using Vista Ultimate for slightly more than a year. Did I get any bugs? NO! Well, except some minor ones (taskbar not reverting to aero mode etc.) It's probably because I update windows asap.
