htf_Specus

Hi. Me and Flying Dutchman did a htf map this time.
Layout: Me
Polygons: Me (FD did those little hanging things near spawn)
Shading: Flying Dutchman <--(improved my original shading. :))
Scenery: Flying Dutchman, (i did only little things)
Waypoints: None :(


Flag is down there on the pillar thingy and fire on the top is deadly.

Amazing texture, scenery, shading. You got it all.

Except the layout. That is called a CTF map, not a HTF map.

Yeah, I tend to avoid HTF maps with layouts like these, but the looks are splendind :)

I love the creepy erie look, reminds me of Hexen.
I love the textre, shading, scenery.

It needs one more route then It would qualify for htf. And yes it looks a bit like a zombie map and that fire cenery looks sweet!

I disagree.  HTF is best when people can't just run away through multiple routes.

Your map making has improved a lot.  I like the atmosphere of the map, although it is a bit baren.  Perhaps a few more sceneries for places to hide/didge bullets?  Crates to use for protection, etc.

Other than that, me likey.

um, ignore that - > badass map, really diggin the creepy dark motif and the overall simplicity.  would love to see a ctf version similar to it
