Simple question, simple answer. Lets make it a bit in-depth though, are you happy where you are? Do you want to gain or lose weighty? Fast or slow metabolism? Are you happy with how tall you are?

Yeah.

I weigh about 180 lbs currently pretty happy about it, I'd like to gain a bit more till middle March (hoping 185+).

I'm about 5'10" or 5'11" I'm not too sure, I'd love to hit a solid 6' though.

I've always had a semi-slow metabolism, but it seems to be speeding up.

Nice timing, I actually just got weighed yesterday: 120lbs + 5'9".

You weigh 140lbs. 1kg is approximately 2.2lbs

Trying to get to 180 before I start lifting again. I've gained 10 pounds since September, it's slow going eating your face off.

6'2", 230 pounds. I was down to 225 before Christmas break; now I need to work off the inactivity from then. I'm happy with my height, but I'd like to get back to 200 or 205 before the end of the school year.

I'm about 5'8 weighing in at 135 pounds. I have a pretty fast metabolism but I think I need to gain some muscle.
