60-70kg or something, I'm not sure of my height though

edit:  70.3 kg, so that'd be 154lbs

5'8" or so, 145 lbs. I'm okay with that for now, although I could stand to gain some more muscle.

6'2", 230 pounds.  I was down to 225 before Christmas break; now I need to work off the inactivity from then.  I'm happy with my height, but I'd like to get back to 200 or 205 before the end of the school year.

Oh right, my metabolism.  I'd say it's average: If I eat junk food, I'll gain weight, but if I eat healthily, I'll be fine.  If I eat healthily and work out, I'll lose weight.  Good stuff.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.

I have a normal metabolism. I don't gain much weight from fat. Mainly muscle or water.

I weigh about 68 kgs, so that's 150 lbs,
and I'm 195cm, which is about 6'5"
Yeah, I have a BMI of 18, which makes me slightly underweight.

How do I feel about that? Well first of all, I like my length. I like being tall, but I would like to look a little tougher. I work out, try to get my BMI to about 19. I don't want to eat my way up there though... I do bench presses n all that when I'm not too busy. Now that I don;t have to go to school, I work out about 2 or 3 times a week.  (that is... the past two weeks). School sometimes takes so much of my time and energy that I just dont work out for a month or so.

BMI makes NO distinction between body weight from muscle and body weight from fat.

There are many athletes who have 27+ BMI who are much healthier than people with the "ideal" BMI.

Although what you might be doing in your circumstance may be healthy, the whole BMI calculations has many flaws that shouldn't be used.

Right.  Until not too long ago, my BMI was over 30 (obesity), and I'm in pretty decent shape.

bmi is inaccurate because of the exceptional circumstance of people who intentionally build muscle and have very low amounts of fat. even though most people don't do this and so for most people it is actually a useful indicator of being a huge fatass.

e: corollary: you are probably a huge fatass.

I'm not focussed on BMI at all... I just want to build a little more muscle. But since this is a thread about weight, height, and health, I figured I'd do well to post my BMI as well.
