Teamchat for non-team based modes [ADDED]

There is no way to type a teamchat message in non-team based game modes (DM, PM, RM) without a workaround (press "T" and add "^" in front of a line to make it teamchat).
This affects spectators team in first and (since there is a possibility to move players into 1..4 aka Alpha..Delta teams) other teams too.
As a solution, just allow team chat activation ("Y" key as default) for teams with ID > 0

I think it was disabled/changed in between 1.5.0 and 1.6.0 for reasons unknown to me.

I agree Spectator teamchat should be possible there is no reason why it should be disallowed.
Will try to do this soon.

AFAIK it wasn't there even in v1.3.1

Spectator teamchat was added. You can team chat in all game modes when you are in spectator team.
Other team chat stuff wasn't changed so it should be the same like before for non spectators.
