I don't know, long time ago, when flame zone was available, you needed to register to join/see the flame zone. But you were able to see other threads. And I thought I've seen someone using a guest account before...

Hmm.. good question. See, I am always logged in at my home computer, so I never really had to bother with being a guest. I don't think it's an account really. More like the lack of one. Not sure though

EDIT: Ah yes, it seems these days you have to log in to post. Was it always so? I've seen the 'guest account' around as well. Can't say about it though. hopefully bricks will know.

You can't have a "guest" account. Whenever you see a post with the word "Guest" as the user's rank and you can't click the user's name, it means their account was deleted.

At one time during a forum upgrade a while back, for a few days, guest posting was accidently enabled.

Every forum has people who comes only once then decides it's not for them or whatever. So does every page out there that offers registration. Wouldn't change a thing if we deleted'em. In any case, I'm sure Bricks will have the prober response once he sees this thread. Don't worry about it, lads.

Why don't we erase accounts that aren't being used for half a year or more?
I mean, sure it's good to have 9000 or more people, but it's pointless if they barely use it...
