House is the only one I make an active effort to watch, but that's only because I have all 5 seasons on my computer thanks to a friend of mine.

Personally I can't stand House, Bones, CSI or any other predictable, stereotypical mush formed with the same mold you've seen a hundred times before. When the question is just "what will the twist be today?", there's no reason to watch it.

Also, I'd say the Animatrix, but even though it comes in 9 episodes, I'm not sure it really qualifies as a series.
