first try at a screen demo recording

hey guys, this is my first try at recording a demo by screen and sound capture, i know i got some timing to do but what do ya think?

this is using a demo i found on the forum somewhere

Sound is way too loud, and the video is quite laggy.

the problem with that is, it doesnt capture frame by frame, so it has a bit of a lag effect, maybe i need to try it on a better comp?

as for the sound, any ideas how to make it so its not so loud? unless u got ur speakers turned up too far, wouldnt surprise me (lol)

ur not sposed to have it flat out it damages your ears :/
