I dont mind it as a weapon, I never use it myself though, but it never annoys me unless its a whole team just using it.

Really, it's mainly the people who use it. I mean, the people who brag about getting kills with M79s is just hilarious. :D

It depends in which position the player is shooting from. Ground to ground: peace of cake.
Ground to air: hard
Air to ground: depends on the height but not too easy
Air to air: mad hard

1. its only hard to dodge if you have terrible in-game mobility

2. m79 shots over 15~ meters actually do take skill/practice

3. if they miss, they die

Id say it provides a justified balance in the game: the m79 and the barrett are the only one-hit kill artillery in the game...unlike the barrett, the m79's nades are easy to avoid/dodge...so it adds flavor to your weapons of choice.
