Server not working ANYMORE

Hello all,
Im gonna make this short...
I had a server and it worked perfectly with admin tool...
I just rebooted my PC...
So i get my computer back with a new antivirus.
I fail everything on the enesce tests and my ports are forwarded on my Mac Book( It used to work before i reboot AND i play with my PC ( not the Mac. ))
And i don't remember if i need to put the ports on my Pc.

If I understand you correctly: Yes, you need to set up port forwarding for your PC, because your PC and MacBook have got two different IP:s. Make sure all server traffic is forwarded to the IP which belongs to the computer running the server.

If you've done that already, make sure your anti-virus or any other kind of firewall allows the traffic to pass through properly.

Ok, i have made my server.
I can join but i would like to know how to access it with ARSSE Admin tool ?
Which IP do i put ? ( Server IP ? )
Do i need to put an admin password to access to it with Admin tool ?
And i get Remote Administration ( Step Three ) failed.
Is it just because i didn't join with admin tool ?

The server's internal IP if you're behind a router, or if the server is hosted on the same computer as you're running the admin tool on, just use 127.0.0.1.

Yes.

This is most likely because you haven't forwarded port 23083 TCP correctly.

The server is running on a PC yes?
Do ipconfig and be sure you are forwarding your ports to that address, not the macbook's address.

And in addition to that, make sure you've set up a static IP address.

Now i have the step four done only.
But i can't join servers anymore -_-
EDIT: AND I FORWARDED ALL THE PORTS AND SOLDAT PROGRAM ALSO IN EXCEPTION. MY COMPUTER HAS A BIG PROBLEM. Servers also have all 9999 ping...

REEDIT: And please tell me how to forward the ports on my PC i did many ways and i don't if i'm ok. I did alot of things and it maybe broke something. I played alot in exceptions ( ports) and advanced parameters my connection...

Ok i solved a problem. Now when i do server test i get only the 2 firsts step and my ports are forwarded correctly ( On my PC and MacBook )
Is there something i can do for this ? Step 3 uses the same port as 1 and 2, why it doesn't work ?

Now i fail the last step !
Which is 23083 TCP port... It's forwarded, any ideas ?
