Wow, awsome! It really looks like cs_office. I'd love to play this map on a server, but too bad people haven't been playing cs lately (maybe im wrong).
The only things i would suggest removing are those fx_clouds, they lag some people to hell. Next time use amb_cloud.

I have poor computer (Athlon 2GHz, GF7300...) and I have 60-70fps on all maps, 0 lags :]

Nice map, great visuals, but structure is a bit laggy.
i suggest to use TMS as map and screenshot hosting
