Connecting Issues

I'm not even sure that this is a soldat problem but eh

Only the first instance of soldat.exe will be able to connect to servers when my computer is booted. After that first instance is closed I'm not able to connect to any servers unless I restart my computer. RINSE AND REPEAT

PLEASE HELP THIS IS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING
