I am a very very lame soldat player. I am considered one of the best lamers around, I have been using a style of Knife play which tends to piss people off and make great "lulz". I call it the Floppy Knife (s4r calls it "Rai's girly toss") either way here are a few demos of me in a gather using the Floppy Knife.

and a simple nice Deagle double and arc kill.

Nice way to throw it, but I don't think it's way that effective, it gotta be harder to calculate where to throw it because it goes slower. i might try it out anyways, maybe i get surprised

Lol I remember playing a gather with Rai, and he hit me with one of those floppy knives, I seen it coming the ENTIRE time, and was just like, oh no! Hit me and killed me ofc. It was one of those moments, when you can see the m79 shot coming, or the law shot slowly coming for you, but you are paralysed with fear, and just take whats coming to ya. The floppy knife is quite funny though. I still prefer my extremely long distance, run away 2 screen distance knifes though.

I know a shot where a friend of mine simply throw up a knife (strong) and ran away with flag, after 1 screen Soldat draw "You killed XXX"

That was the coolest knifethrow I could imagine

Basic public huh? Ok...Since you're so much better to be able or allow yourself to judge him, show us your skills mate, or go have a 1vs1 with him...This guy is a legend on inf servers such as the graveyard, internal bleeding, the gone CSC, and many more. I know a lot of people who agree, couple of them even here.

It did look a bit basic throughout most of it. There were some nice knives there but I normally think of a floppy knife as just kinda dropping on them with near 0 power. I'm sure he is very good for a public inf player.

Not when the knife is dropped from above and people run into it, seems to almost always 1 hit KO.

Try running into a hanging knife, from a rope or something, and try having a knife THROWN at you with a good speed, both attempts will stick the knife into you quite deep, your speed is important as well in the damage equation. (Rubbish example but the simplest I could find)

lol I realized that I play like you, just without the floppy knife (but I use floppy grenades)
