I never understood why the number of kills displayed were mixed with points obtained from capping. Sometimes it becomes incredibly hard to decipher who has killed the most people in each game to judge how good you have performed with other players. I really don't see the point in anyone getting any points from capping as a lot of the time the person who caps just picks up the flag half way through the map and has not really earned it. All the points do is blur the image of how each person has played.
The second idea is one Ive always pondered. As far as ego is concerned, this would make things competitive and funny.I strongly request that someone with the relevant csripting skills experiment with this, as it would prove very popular, as have the 'spree' script has almost become a norm.Im sure that the data required to calculate some of these stats over the course of a match could be strenuous, but its worth testing, no?Some ideas, though may be problematic (considering each player id needs its own set of properties). Perhaps each could be represented as a different 'medal' on each players score- (total hits/bullets fired)*100 = accuracy (crosshair medal)- longest timer per players' lifespan = (red cross medal)- biggest spreecount per player = (blood splatter medal)- longest distance kill = (eyeball medal)- most headshots = (head medal)- best kd ratio = rambo (gold medal)- worst kd ratio = major (chicken medal)- most knife kills = ninja (knife medal)- most nades thrown = spammer ( fodder medal)
Last year, I dreamt I was pissing at a restroom, but I missed the urinal and my penis exploded.
I attend grammar school, last grade, and ignorance is all around me. Well, good for them. Ignorance is bliss.
