I can't command my server!

Hello guys! I'm new at making dedicated servers, so I need your help.

I'm starting my dedicated server using the Soldat Dedicated Server 1.4.2 (v2.6.3), but I can't  get an admin connection using programs like Soldat Admin 1.2 for Windows or Advanced Remote Soldat Server Enchanter because I got the following error message:

(15:05:46) Connecting to soldatbr.servegame.com:23073...
(15:05:46) Soldat Admin Connection Established.
(15:05:51) Password request timed out.
(15:05:52) Connection to the server lost

On this programs, I'm using the same password that I added to the tag Admin_Password= on soldat.ini file.

So, what should I do to fix this problem?

PS.: Sorry for my disgusting english, I don't speak it very well...

As the pass I wrote on the ARSSE is the same that I put on the server, it should work, right?

try to change soldatbr.servegame.com:23073 into exact ip of the server

edit: admin passwords (adminlogs) are case sensitive, hope u noticed that

Yes, I know it's case sensitive... and I also tryed with the thrue IP... I really have no idea of what's happening... =(

Can you join the server?

From what you described, I can't tell if you're hosting it on your local computer or not. If you are, try localhost or 127.0.0.0.1.

It's also possible that the problem is your firewall. Make sure it isn't blocking your soldatserver or admin client.

Well, I can join the server... and I've desativated my fw when testing... I give up!
