I'm not sure, but it has all sorts of mods and settings, like no/low gravity acid rain, water that does slight damage when you're submerged, and much more. With URT the possibilities are endless!

Yeah. I did see some CS and CoD:4 maps too. It's really neat.

I don't like FPS games on the computer, but it's always funny to play the games with random(a.k.a. stupid) stuff.

Imagine an FPS where you can be a human and shoot, and then turn to a wolf and scratch your enemies to death.

pretty much the same, cause its on the same engine
its pretty much as quake, but non futuristic

they dont have rule 3

also try tremulous, but its a sf one (a former quake 3 mod, now free and standalone)

you have starsiege: tribes, but it is a sf one, with rts elements (buildables if engi) and it has jetpacks

I beg to differ, UrbanTerror is one hell of an awesome game. There are excellent maps, very realistic weapons, and you can powerslide and wall jump. It's also extremely popular (800 servers with a bunch of players at any given time) and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

I'll take a look at those.

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (as suggested by quite a number of members) eh? Well, I'd take a look at that game again since its so recommended.

Assault Cube is promising - it looks pretty simple and neat, downloading it.

well, assault cube is the same as cube and sauerbraten, but with some different settings

try notrium, after some modding (almost everything is modable), but its top down, and the default is sf
i also suggest phobia 3, if you like lots of blood, but sf setting, and top down (and its in dos)

A good helicopter combat game I found a couple years ago is Tiger's Bane.

It's a sidescroller that has a wide range of helos from blackhawks, to Super Cobras, Apaches. ect...

Another good one is Halo Zero. They're both free. The only catch is, you can't really modify it, unless you're really good with editting program files.
