Scenerie bagground.....

Hey i know that its pretty lame that i dont know this... but how do you remove the baground of sceneries so there dont appears a ect big white square??

two ways either use builtin transparency like in png(prefered one) or pure green color for jpg and bmp etc.

well you usually mark the white somehow(depends on what program you use) and delete it and u usually end up with something that is gray/white checker "colored" then that area is transparent if you save the image as a png

As long as he's not going for any fancy scenery which requires .png format and alpha transparency, fx lights for example, I think he'll be fine with painting the background lime green.

now ive done the baground lime... but then a lime outline appears all around the scenerie:( how do i fix this===

You've got to open it in paint or sth and paint all area that is shown there in green with the plain green 0 255 0 in RGB 'cause they have other tone of this colour.

So if you have gimp or photoshop you can very easy delete background using eraser (so it's transparent) and use .png scenaries so you won't have problem with the green.
