I am a massive battlefield fan, and I sunscribed to the Battlefield newsletter, and this came up:

Confirmed for 360 and PS3, Bad Company 2 is also confirmed to be coming out on Windows PC! Which is gret news for a-4-year-old and other PC lovers!

New Terrain (Jungle/Snow), new bad guys (I hear it will have Chinese) and more players (rumour of 32 for Consoles, maybe more for PC?)

For the hell of it, EA announced Battlefiedl 1943 as a Multiplayer only game to prepare players for BC2, three maps and on the marketplace as a download, it has Planes in it! I don't like WW2 games, but anything with the frostbite engine has to be good, so I'll get it.

Thoughts?

Thanks for another illuminating post Hundkeex. FPSs are perfectly fine on consoles. You PC fanboys somehow seem to think you're 'better' than anybody who uses a console to play games. Well guess what, you are still a huge asshat.

I play the majority of my games on my PC but I still have both a 360 and PS3. I played CoD4 on my 360 and had a great time with it. Sometimes it's just better to chill out on a couch and play a game y'know?

As for the game, I think I'm more excited for Battlefield Heroes, still this is gonna be great.

I just say FPSs are a big fail on consoles, since you are unable to freaking aim.

Yes, the horse drawn cart is equal to the automobile. Have fun twiddling your thumbs on your inferior controller. when you realize how low the skill ceiling is and you're bored out of your mind with halo you can join the big kids on the computer.

I loved OFP, so I can't wait 'till OFP2, I won't get ArmA though, I prefer big battles, adn ArmA is more speical-forces orientated, looks good though.

That's a bit vague. It depends on the game for me, I've really started to not care what platform it's on.

Your point was so stupid I couldn't bring myself to quote it. Next time you try to form a relationship between two thoughts make sure theres some logic behind it.

Consoles are just underpowered PC's which have limited functionality and no upgrades in performance.

Two things; a) my point still stands you're just a silly goose who didn't get the point made. And b) I was wrong about halo 3 being the best selling game of all time, it was the fastest selling however, and the the top two best selling games of all time are still console games, so PC's might be superior, but consoles are still very popular.

Popular is nothing. Brittany Spears was popular. Only buy the PS3 if you're in some kind of crazy denial, only buy the Xbox if you're a drunk frat brother too stupid to play on the computer and only buy the wii if you want to play one of the 3 good games.

Eh ok? I've never had a problem aiming. Obviously its not near as precise as a mouse but its not like its difficult. It obviously depends on how the game implements aiming and whatnot.

Thanks for not reading my post in its entirety. I appreciate it. I suppose I should made the phrase 'I play the majority of my games on my PC' a little clearer for you. I bought the 360 before I had a PC that could run anything useful, so that's why I had CoD4 on there.

I see you have also made the always classic reference to the Halo 3 frat boy. Simply brilliant. The only Halo game I have played is the first one, and that was on a laptop.

You have the understanding that I hate PCs. No, I hate people like you who must spew the same hate and vitriol over and over again for some indecipherable reason. Why are there fanboys? I just cannot comprehend it.

360 has a Xenos Triple core. That's better than a hell of a lot of PC's.

Yeah. Coughing up 800+ bucks just so I can run anything new isn't really a positive.

Soldat, and (mostly) free internet play are the only massive wins on the PC. Otherwise, it's the 360.
