Seriously, it is quite bad.

That line does nothing for the logo, the text is horrible, the background looks OK, and the border is wtf.
And it is too big for a logo.

Firstly, welcome to the soldat forums.

Add some stuff to do with soldat besides the text. Maybe some soldiers or something. Also, i dont really like the red and grey stuff on the writing that much.

..I like it, if that counts.

8/10.  Maybe you should add some little soldat fighters firing M72 laws and m79s at each other, and have the background like ctf_Ash.  Now that would be very nice.  ;)  Meh, I wish I would have my own Soldat logo too.  But good job if that was your first one. 8)

Welcome to the forums.

3/10.

1. There is completely no link to Soldat. Alright, nevermind that, I'll consider it as just a piece of art rather than a logo for Soldat.
2. It's not very pleasing to see. I think the border and the weird curves around spoil the background of a night scenery in a forest with the moon in the sky.

There is room for improvement.

5/10, although I'd probably make one that was 0.1/10.
Background's alright, as mentioned include some soldiers from soldat, doing epic things..
And yeah that coil... just kinda gets in the way

If you changed the glowing lines to barbwire, the background to some explosions or something and made the text more manly, then it'll be more soldat like.

Take out the line thing...put some blood coming down from the text...have some weapons around the text...have bullets and missiles flying around and make it look pro and deadly..

As for the original question.. It's not christmas, and we celebrate christmas in soldat by chainsawing the guts out of people, not by wrapping it in neon barbed wire.

Not for soldat.

It's be better for something like "Christmas Nightmares".

I don't know why I'm thinking of christman right now...
