Exit problems + sound probs

Hey I'm Rik , Dutch and 15 years old. I just got this game and I LOVE IT! Nice job Michal Marcinkowski.

But there is always a but, when im playing Soldat after a while my sound box only produces the sound: AGSFHSGHGSHGKHS. And if I quit a internet game, so I choose ''Quit to menu'' Soldat freezes, I can't do anything anymore and I have to restart PC. Very irritating.

I downloaded the newest version, and I downloaded the patch for security (I thought patch was already in newest version, but hey, you never know) but it doesn't work. If you need more information to solve my problem, please ask.

Please tell me how to solve my problems.

the patch is only to go from 1.3.0 to the newest version (1.3.1).  You didn't need to install the patch, but it shouldn't have hurt anything

I installed the patch AFTER I had probs, cause I thought that it would help. It didn't.

waht about deleting soldat, and reinstalling 1.3.1 ?
(without the patch)


dunno, can't really help you, that's the only thing i know that MAY help...

I did it TBDM, I'm gonna see if it works now. If it doesn't, I'll change some things @ Setup, cause it's my Sound card or something. wish me luck .

Date Posted: August 03, 2006, 05:58:48 AMI think I solved it. Thank you very much TBDM, cause I didn't realize I screwed up some settings which my soundcard couldn't handle. After the re-install settings were good .
