Where is all the cash we payd for registration?

A big question. Think about how much cash is that we payd for the registration. The only scripter here is Enesce and hes not getting payd for his work. Why cant Michal hire a few coders working on the game improovement? Why is there still so many lags and bugs? How often is Soldat updated?
Like you can see, all the cash goes for other games or maybe Michal goes to casino every night. That dosn't seem fair to me! Supporting the game doesnt mean the owner will be able to buy a new car or house but also investing into the game, dont you think? One thing also make me mad. He always says he has no time or hes busy but hes got enough time for writing messages called "REGISTER SOLDAT FOR FREE!", read on home page. This is obviusly manipulating!

And what do you think about that? Do you know where all the cash went? Please tell me!

MM is making new games (Link Dead, for example). Plus, he has a life too, and he probably has other jobs as well. If he gets rich, good for him.

We are the players, we are volunteers who support Soldat by not just registration to give him an extra income in return for extra features, but we also support the game by simply playing it (which doesn't need registration). We love Soldat, so he deserves the credit for the money he makes, and we'd gladly offer our services to improve the game. We are happy as long as we can continue to enjoy playing Soldat.

Whether he spends the money on casinos etc, that's his personal life, which has NOTHING to do with Soldat.

And yes, EnEsCe is a player himself, and a volunteer.

If you don't want to put your money in, then don't register. It's that simple really.

But it's like STM said, we're here to enjoy the game, and we are thereby supporting it. If you no longer like the game, nobody is forcing you to continue.

Wow. How selfish can you get? You can still play the entire game and all of its mods FOR FREE. Registration is NOT required.
Registration just adds nice little bonuses and it is a way for those of us who wish to support Michal so that he can continue
making awesome games, to be able to do so and get rewarded in a small way for the contribution. Michal can do whatever he
wants with the money he makes. In a way Michal deserves more money than he has gotten. For a game to last this long and
continue to climb in popularity is quite a feat. Enesce also deserves a lot for all the work he has done. Enesce VOLUNTEERS.
How dedicated is that?

As was said by other members, if Soldat is not perfect for you, then, go play another game. Play Crash Commandos or something.
I mean, it's a game that will NEVER be updated for any of ITS bugs, but hey, you can pay more money for it.

From what I understand MM ran the soldat website and lobby server for a while before FLAB stepped in. That would be quite expensive.

Plus the guy has spent years working on this thing, he probably could've made a lot of money in that time, but he worked on soldat instead.

IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT! I'm with you man, I expect MM to spend countless hours updating and managing Soldat for FREE. It's our right to play free games, but NO, MM FORCES us to pay so we can change the color of our jets. Damn him! I demand a record of where that money is being spent and what he's doing with it.

Seriously, that's like a guy laboring in a field for weeks and months to produce vegetables he can sell on the side of the road. Then his costumers get pissed because he uses that money to feed his family and put gas in his car. You clearly don't understand the literally hundreds of hours put into the making of Soldat, as well as the tedious labor for your 95% of a free game. Registering Soldat simply motivates MM to keep updating and managing Soldat. Nothing more, it's an incentive. Without it Soldat probably wouldn't exist today because why should he waste his time providing your fat ass with a free video game?

MM spends money on development costs for the new game, including paying for some professional artwork as needed.  He also pays me monthly to cover my costs of running his server.  He paid me a large amount of money to originally buy and build his server.

Beyond that, I agree that whatever he does with that money is not our business.  A large amount of it gets reinvested in Soldat and his other games, either directly or indirectly.

I look forward to the new games from TransHuman Design, and I hope everyone else does too.  MM and THD deserve to be rewarded for their hard work on Soldat and the other games, and I still urge people to register the game and any future games by this great independent developer group.  I am very proud to be working with them.
