Bots' Favourite Weapons

I didn't know where to ask this so here goes:

How can you set the USSOCOM as a bot's favourite weapon?
How can you set it that a bot uses ONLY one primary weapon (fav weapon doesn't work)?

That's the problem. The bot only doesn't know how to use only only one primary weapon, unless the "primary" happens to be a secondary weapon or fists. Bots don't know how to use Socom as a main so they'd pick randomly, but it is known that Barrett-holding bots tend to switch to their Socoms if it is in their secondary.
