Better solution is you can only spec teammates and you can only see what they see.
F12. It would be fair to say about cons of this option. There will be no use of spectator at all in CW's. It's nice to watch while others play. But even with this cons it's worth to implement this and stop that spying ***ism.
Last year, I dreamt I was pissing at a restroom, but I missed the urinal and my penis exploded.
but you still can turn around them, and look behind, while they look forward, so it should be tied to the cursor
There could be a possibility in server's config to make dead players follow only their teammates (freecam and following enemy's not possible)
you can easly spot an spy, cause over his head will appear the text, except he uses *ehem, not giving my tactics away*
This could be handled if spying was possible only in soldat chat, but it mostly happens trough voice communicators such us Teamspeak, Ventrilo or Skype.
and you can see trough walls, while the alive one cant (if its realistic)
and see only what the teammate sees (you dont see people behind your back in Realistic)

Spying has never been a big deal from what I have seen. At least in the American R/S sector. That includes Ventrilo. I enjoy watching both teams and seeing their strategies, if you are worried about spying id say make it so there is no team chat after you are dead. But for ventrilo, teamspeak etc. there will always be people abusing third party programs, they will find a way to spy just like people find a way to cheat through "hacking".
