Yeah, top-left part of the tree isn't supposed to stick out like that (unless it's some twisted sick tree). Also, if you use smudge tool - set pressure to 100% and turn on "finger painting" mode at the top. Otherwise smudges will look blurry and (IMHO) lame, that's what newbie painters usually do.
Nice colors though. Other than that blurriness from smudge tool, the shading and texture look very nice.

Pump his head a bit, as in pumping a balloon with air, broaden and define the chin, raise the mouth a bit, and work on the tip of his nose, AND shorten the neck.
Also, his eyes are rather empty looking :/

I love the vermiform appendix! and the Ilium and jejunum aren't that bad either, but you totally lack in the duodenum department.

It's not showing the stomach so I think it's a perfectly good artistic call to hide the duodenum.

that reminds me, drpetter just released sculptris v1.0. it's a pretty big improvement over the alphas.

I wonder who's going to bite that finger off first - the woman or the skull.

Woman's forehead is way too small, I think the nose is a little small too, but other than that there doesn't seem to be any huge problems.
Skull's eye sockets need to be much larger and nose part is a little too pointy. :S
