Mr. Freeze, from Batman. Found these pics on the net. The version of Mr Freeze shown here is the one from Batman: The Animated Series.

^ I never realized that Batman movie I had watched when I was much younger was crap until I watched a few youtube videos regarding how crappy it was... though I admit the puns made by Arnold (Mr Freeze) there were humorous looking back.

Back on topic, which would be better as an ava?

I feel that the Mr Freeze played by Arnold was more of some guy obsessed with jokes/puns about ice/cold/chill than the tragic villain that Mr Freeze should have been. Plus, I don't really that costume. "Let's kick some ice"? What the hell was that?
