Hi, My friend (BlackMafia) found something intressting...
Hamanchi ! ( http://hamachi.en.softonic.com/ - free download)
I dont know if you know it, or you like it....
But it is usefull, i could not start any serevr, nd didnt know how to forward my ports...
Now, with hamanchi, i can play with my friends together on my servers ^^
But to play together the other persone MUST have hamanchi, too!

there is an pretty AWESOME thingy on www.soldat.pl
it is called soldat dedicated server
http://soldat.pl/en/downloads
you can host this way your server and it will be available without hamachi
and playable over THE INTERNETS!
the only problem is if you have dynamic ip cause the ppl can join then only over the lobby

i have my server for some time, and it is great, cause you have access to all functions in the root folder

its pretty awesome, but i suggest you get a limitless bandwith first


hamachi is better for some games that are nearly impossible to play normaly, like red alert 2

edit: as for the poll, hamachi supports all programs that have a lan connection possibility, so i dont get it

Right, and even if it did manage to work it'd be laggy and unreliable as hell.

Killa, if you're having problems with your soldat server, don't try to get wacky things like these to work instead of reading stickies and asking for help after you've made sure you've followed the stickies to the best of your ability.
