Remove the dedicated server from the client

It's useless and I've gotten lots of questions from people trying to start scripting who got them mixed up.
I don't see why it's even there.

That's the thing, I can't think of a reason why it would be necessary to have it.
Much easier to use the downloaded dedicated server.

I talked to EnEsCe about this yesterday or so. He said it won't happen since a lot of people use it to play in schools and it works.

Im not sure its actually easier for the average soldat player, considering that most of the important server options are in the client, which is enough for someone to start a quick game like jrgp said.
