PW startup issue

nothing is really wrong with my PW but one annoying thing. its something i can live with, but every time i open PW a "Windows Installer" pops up and then it takes 3 minutes for PW to start up.

really annoying. ive tried reinstalling and my PW is up to date, so what could be wrong?
who ever figures it out gets a cookie

Click cancel. This minght be something with accounts. On my PC I once installed Office and then made 2nd accound and when I was launching it on this 2nd account same window appeared. I was clickin' cancel and it was workin'.

nah man its just cancels and pops up again, n i only have one account, the administrator
