As to the best weapons invented, I'd rather take a Giat Famas (Clarion),or HK417, but in the end, the AK-47 Kalashnikov automatic rifle is the superior assault rifle created, there's only one way to actually destroy it in a war, throw in under a King Tiger tank...

I would like a new war. Gets us out of recession, lowers population, bad guys lose (hopefully some overpopulating country) and new games and movies will come out based on it. The only negatives are lots of death. Other than that it's all positive!
