im 18, you should really try out some exercise. my brother and I bought a power rack for $1400 (including barbell, weights, bench) at home so no need to buy gym membership and its at the safety of your own home. :)

incase your wondering, a power rack is something like this

if you're looking to start I suggest www.stronglifts.com :)

Ehh, I'm weak... And I do it by pounds.

Leg Press= 390 lbs
Squats = 100 lbs
Dead Lift = 150 lbs

I don't know why, I just can do pull ups and chin ups. But I can do push-ups... XD

I weigh 75kg.

ctually it could seriously stunt his growth.
It depends on what's he's lifting.

If you tell me he's gonna do this:

Then yes, it'd stunt his growth in terms of height. Other than the fact that my genes make me short, the fact that I carried extremely heavy bags to school also made me shorter ~_~

I'm actually pretty unhealthy, around 165cm (1.65m) tall and around 58+ kg, can barely lift weights compared to you guys >.<

3 pull-ups and about 15 pushups, that's about it for me, and my stamina is horrendous.

Trying to do what M00 is doing (lifting weights as heavy as possible) will stunt your growth. Wait for the Testosterone to kick in.

lifting weights as heavy as possible will only give you injuries.

I usually lift 50 or 25cl glasses of beer.

70 kilo's 1.83, 19 years old.

I thought stunt your growth thing is only a myth, and yeah I was joking about starting young, you could probably go for it at 15 or 16 though. and, no, lifting heavy wont give you injuries unless you have no form whatsoever.

I have pretty much perfect form for dead lift but I stopped doing squats because I wasn't 100% with my form

Wait, is this a 10 rep thing or maxing out with the weights?

I haven't lifted in so long, and you're supposed to be able to bench your own weight, but I dunno if I can even do that anymore. I'm gonna try to get back into this and cardio, need to cut about 15 lbs off anyways.

This is bullshit dude. If you're doing chin-ups/pull-ups properly they are one of the most demanding exercises you can do. I'm betting you're probably doing "chin-ups" of 5 centimeters.
