Wait, is this a 10 rep thing or maxing out with the weights?I haven't lifted in so long, and you're supposed to be able to bench your own weight, but I dunno if I can even do that anymore. I'm gonna try to get back into this and cardio, need to cut about 15 lbs off anyways.

Hehe...he did 35 lbs 12 times.
70kg bench press, 8 reps150kg deadlift, 6-8 reps120kg squat, 8-10 reps300kg leg press, 10-15 reps 115kg, 183 cm
420 pounds? bench press? isnt that like 200kg? no way !
42 chin ups? 50 pull ups?! are you like a greek god or do you go down 2 cm then back up?are you sure your going all the way down? like a dead hang? thats the proper way
My one rep bench is 200 lbs (91k).I haven't done a one rep Dead or Squat yet but:Deadlift: 300 lbs (1-4 reps) (136k) - My 1 rep max is probably around 315 lbs or so (143k)Squat (6-10 reps) 255 lbs (115k), my one rep squat is probably 300 lbs or close to it.Dips: I do sets of 12, if I'm strength building I'll tie a 35 pound (15k) plate to myself.Pull-ups (wide grip): I do a set of 8-12 depending on how I feel, I can't do weighted yet.Leg press: Most I've done was 2 reps of 630 pounds (285k)I'm 5'10" (178 cm) and 170 pounds (77k), been working out for about a year consistently, technically I've been working out for two years but I didn't do much in my first (very lazy). Squat is probably my strongest proportionally (provided with the bench and dead ratios).I'm looking to add a lot of weight to these, I'd like to bench over 300, squat around 400, and dead around 400 during the 2009-2010 winter (it's going to be very hard.)ps. Demoniac I don't doubt you, I'm just confused that you can do more pulls than chins, as chins are generally easier because of the arm involvement.
no offense man but it does sound pretty outrageous, also I don't get how soccer helps with those sort of movements unless your kicking with your arms
