Nice pic, the Ninja Gaiden photo was a good choise. nice.

Sorry, but it looks stupid in my opinion. Make your own unique design for your clan, not from someone else. And if you don't know how to make a website, draw something in MS Paint, anything from Paint is better than that.

everyone knows they didnt make the picture, so its no big crime. everyone knows its from Ninja Gaiden (xbox), and for the people who didnt knew, they know now.
Taking a (good) picture from a game and past it in your site is not that bad, i think it looks fine.
Ofcourse a bit more personal thingies in the layout are also welcome (you can you things with PhotoShop), but this aint bad at all.
Just a bit not-personal (just 1 pic from other game) but not bad. I think it fits nice.
