Best video recorder
« on: April 13, 2009, 09:08:56 pm »
Ok so I know that yes theres probably other treads about that... but in case there is better software out there since those threads. I just want to know what is the best video/audio recording program (I dont care if its free or not) I'm looking for something with good quality, but without making a 10 second video like 50 MB. I dont know, just a good video recording software...

Thanks

Just use fraps and then a video conversion program if you can't handle such big files.

taksi is free and open source so it has no nag screen/watermark and recording limit like the unpaid version of FRAPS but it also does not yet have working sound.

raw avi files are going to be big no matter what, when you make your video you will compress them without losing very much quality.
