Well, guy(s) its a total joke, none of most knowing and annoying buhs have been fixed, and adding those stupid things like head exploading - looks so unreal, lobby chat - c'mon! there are many irc's and such a programs we use to speak. What are you trying to change? And a radio? LOL, made me laugh hard. Can i represent my new somg called "5 minutes of silence"?

I havent expected it to be better, just hopefully thought the bugs will be fixed but anyways, its and big project and CAN NOT be done by only one man. Epic failure ;(

Are you kidding? I think it's fun that we have to fix our own bugs. I loved having to change the font size by MYSELF to prevent further access code violations upon killing someone with a long name. I think it really puts the player in the game! And has been doing so since 1.4!

Ofcourse it puts players in the game, patch is out only because of you, players. Maybe thats the problem because many common bugs have not been removed.

A game should be working without doing own stuffs to make it working.
Plus we indeed want not only a lobby chat and a head exploding and a radio(that's probably going to be blamed anyway). We want some more bug fixes. And instead of teamspeak we want ventrilo integration! It's way more used. Hmm w/e. There are still alot of bugs, hope 1.5.1 will fix that shizzle. LIKE ACCESS VIOLATIONS.

There should be another update based ONLY on fixing bugs. Maybe people who play mass CTF/DM games dont realise how important it is. But if you play 1v1 DMs you have to be focused on every detail when playing aganist a good player, especially with sniper, so it gets very, very annoying when grenades are jumping all over the map, you stuck in a rock and people abusing bugs, like shooting/throwing nades thro the objects, etc..

even with some sucky maps imo this is the best version so far. 1.5 is so fun seriously thanks all dev team

Lol, you dont care about bugs? What do you do then? climbing for XX years? You missed the point dude, if new bugs comes with every new version, why making a new versions then, if they cant handle it? There are still same bugs appearing as 3 years ago, that bothers me. And thats why we need an update which contains bug fixing onlee. Got it?

Because it introduces new features and the like. Bugs coming along with new versions is not unique to soldat. It's part of the way games are developed.

I did but they ignored ofc. MM only care about getting new members so they pay for regi. Thats why adding all the pointless features and releaing it ASAP. Working on bugs would take another 6 months (You can read the news on main page, MM wrote this version should be out for like 6 months now). No shit its going so slow and its failed, only Enesce is working on it and player helped.

You're quite full of it, Fale. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. If you're not happy with the new versions and it's features, then that's fair and square, but throwing wild accusations around when you've got nothing to back it up is just annoying.

The new features is an attempt at developing soldat for the benefit of the people playing it. Soldat has a lot of potential, and we'd be morons not to try and use that. I'm not pleased with all the new features either, but it's how progressing games go. Soldat was not made for you or me alone, and you've just gotta accept that it may go in a different direction that you wished for. after all, no one's asking you to stick around.

Since the latest version has had a lot of new features it's only natureal that some of them might be buggy and need fixing, but it'll be taken care of eventually.

Im sorry? You're saying you're not pleased with all the new fatures and that soldat wasn't made for you and me only...Well, if you know what i'am talking about, you would probably realised that im not happy because there are still many well known bugs alive. I guess removing those KNOWN bugs would be good for everybody, (read: for you, for me and for other players) wouldn't it?
And dont worry, i know exactly what im talking about, you dont wanna understand.

Its just the first version
1.4.2 is a fixed 1.4, but it seems to me that a big number of scripts have been made unusable/partially usable because of some problems.

I kinda agree with Fale on some points... soldat has always been laggy, but u guys have to admit, that 1.5 (of course considering the fact it has a lot more new features included, than the previous versions) has more bugs and issues than 1.4 for example. I mean, ok, new features are cool, but whats the point of adding them if u haven't fixed literally no major bugs of the previous versions, which mainly has to do with the shit netcode (which haven't changed at all as far as i know). I know, it is a hard job to do, but man, don't do that if u cant, or dont have time for it. + all those new features just added some more bugs into the game. After all, I just wanna say, that to me, it looks like people begged Enesce to release 1.5 as soon as possible, and as a result we got soldat 1.5d with installer... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE i beg you TAKE YOUR TIME on soldat 1.5.1 to simply fix the most major bugs in the game. I bet all ppl here simply want that.
