1.5 Rejoin bug midgame

Hi,
I wonder why it hasn't been reported yet because it happens quite often...
Sometimes while playing you just rejoin your team [sometimes the choose team window pops up and you can choose between alpha/bravo/spectator] which is quite an annoyance when you're not close to the spawnpoint or about to kill the enemy's flagger or about to do something extraordinary... I don't really know what causes it, it just happens out of a sudden :[. fix pls!!! I don't know if this bug only occurs in CTF or in all modes since I don't play other modes than CTF.

It's been reported on mantis.
I am trying to find a way to reproduce it but it's impossible. I always get floodkicked btw.

It seems to happen way more than it was when I reported it. Might have to change it to Major instead of Minor.

Happens to me at least twice a day and seems to kick in at random

Yeah it happened to me during a gather while I was going to kill EFC and then he capped :<
