1.5 can't type Chinese

There is something wrong with 1.5 that players can't chat with Chinese words with delicated server.
But they can chat Chinese words with the server host by Client.

Maybe a delicated server bug ?

Yep, UTF8 is broken in soldatserver 2.6.4
