Another inf map I'm creating, as you can see I've copied some of the ctf_Kampf there. This map's problem is too hard stealing the flag. I need ideas how to make attacking easier and more interesting there.



Again gray polys are opcs. The looks will be fixed after the gameplay works as good as I want.

Big problem I see: shooting from this -- OPC to the flag with M79 to let it fall down. After that it is easy to cap. Even though the efc could throw the flag down to a teammate who easily catches it and caps and so on and so on ... :(

Alpha team needs a little gift for playing, game for red players seems to be boring, because they have to 100% pass a spawnpoint of the bravo team. With the normal flipper you have a good possibility to enhigh the speed of the game. Just make some boosters for alpha team they can use to become more fast and they will all kiss your feet ;D

Did you undertand it correct? Alpha team is attacking and Bravo is defending. So basically at first the game goes at bottom, where alpha is trying to get flag out of base. After alpha gets the flag, the game moves to top, where alpha flagger is trying to get through bravo's block for the flag to cap.

place a bouncy polygon behind bravo flag:)

then you will boost up and throw flag through opc

plz remove the opc near bravo flag
maybe you should make those little OPC in the center one way (towards the bravo flag), then we have a second spot
I would put a 3rd bravo spawn between those 2, in that tunnel higher

I made one "one way" map, which showed me that I don't like much about that option, mainly cos the boost is irritating.

I guess I'll delete the opc near the bravo flag, it was supposed to be "flag throw tunnel". So that player could steal the flag and throw it for teammate, in theory fantastic idea, in game sucks.

I'll make smaller that open area, which should make it easier to get away with flag.

^Good^, as I think that would be a little too much flag-throwing.

This sure does stray from traditional INF maps.. well, at least what I think of as INF.  And that's a good thing.

anyway... this map seems crowded and confuzing ingame
