Hell, not sure if this would be a one man job, though I'd happily make maps for this if its widely supported :)  and some mission stories/dialogue too ;D.

As for coding, I'm quite hopeless :P
me too, i couldnt do that coding junk, but i do now how to make a nice map, and i could do an awsome storyline for it >:( but this is just as hopeless as parachute kits flash grenades and VEHICLES(&) TURRAIN DESTRUCTION, all great things, but meker of game was too lazy, we could have had millions upon millions of players if vehicles would justbe added, and instead of everyone complaining, wecould have been one great happy fragging family   [Alphaguy] :'( no vehicles makes me cry

Well next time before you post or embrace a shit idea use yer head!
We already got way too many bus to fix, and the netcode is taking up a lot of their time in the maintenance department of soldat...Adding vehicles and destructible terrain (Worms freak....) would cause an even bigger set back and less concentration on the netcode and weapon balance, either go do the scripts on your own, or stop playing soldat...

I'll be doing a games developing course in Uni. If soldat is still running (I doubt it, Link-Dead will be for us then), then I'll apply to help patch it/upgrade it etc. I'm very eager to help, I just don't have the knowledge.

in addition
Flagthrow
some practics with different autos
backflipping + running fast
use of ruger and eagles
afterwards some ricocheing for better players and stuff like that

I think it's just for ideas. If someone was going to script it, they'd make a topic in the scripting forum.

Heyy, this is an old topic but I got same idea, and I think this is going to work, just if we find some mappers, and that s**t. But MM is telling to us a bit that he haves no money much left, and we could make this singleplayer campaign real, but just to registered players. It could save soldat or save soldat staying free, not like WoW. (though soldat being like WoW [I mean payment] kills it) I started new topic for this before I readed this, and we maybe better continue talking there. And I'm the first making the story and maps. Here's my topic: http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=39010.0. And it could be a tournament too, at same.

Soldat's developer is EnEsCe. MM is a minor character right now. At Soldat's current developing pace there is no time to create another buggy gamemode. Making it only available to registered users is futile as well since the keys to register Soldat are -sadly- being spread all over the internet. Additionaly, by no chance people would register just to play this special gamemode. The idea may be great, but if you really need something like this, play MissionMod by Zakath (you can find it here on SoldatForums).
