I can't believe it hasn't been thought of before.
You should be able to give your enemies AIDS.
By pissing on them.
You'd piss on them, and their health would slowly deteriorate. There isn't a cure, so they'd eventually just die. I mean, it isn't very practical for the middle of an epic war, but just imagine. You just die, and you're all like, fuck, im way too pro to die. Then, you respawn, and all of a sudden you see this yellow stream coming out of a bush nearby and splashing all over you... then you'd be more like, FFFFUCK IVE GOT AIDS!!! And a message could show up saying You Have Aids, and then a countdown to how much longer you have till you die.
That would make my day.
