Problems with sounds!

Okay, so i've played soldat before on my old computer and i really enjoyed it. Then I got my new computer and now there's that 1.5 version (haven't tried 1.4 on this computer) and I found out that when i shoot in the game (or do anything else which gives a sound) it comes like 1 second late... Like i shoot, and after 1 sec there comes the shooting sound... It kinda sucks because i got used to play with sounds and those sounds come in wrong time :/ How can i fix this?

Ughh, I don't really know much about computers (even about my own :D) but no, it aint that old... Got this in '09 and it has a vista on it... thats all i can tell tbh. :D Shouldn't be a problem because I can play Oblivion and WoW on this too so... Idk tbh :)

 :o I uninstalled soldat and downloaded 1.42. It still did that sound glitch... But then i downloaded the 1.5 patch and now the sound comes in the right time.. Wtf? Well, never mind, its working now.. Someone can lock this topic :D
