Soldat resolutions...
« on: May 06, 2009, 03:58:08 pm »
I got a registered copy of soldat (A friend gave it to me)
and I always kept playing in 640 x 480. Now I wanted to try something bigger, So I went to 1024x768, This didnt work out for some reason. so I tryed a resolution higher. SAME EFFECTS. I tryed one step higher 800x600, still the same effect...
I get 12FPS (constant) on every resolution (ALWAYS 12FPS) besides the orgional one (where I get around 70-80FPS, with everything (besides AA) maxed/on, Even when I turn everything to minimal and go to 800x600, Still the god damn 12FPS

Is this a problem with my computer, Or does anyone else have the same thing...
I have a pretty crappy PC, but a friend of mine has an ever crappyer one... yet he CAN paly 800x600

This is neither the right forum, nor is that how registrations work.

Does he also use the same registration code? Because that's bad :(

Getting a "free" registration from someone else is stealing and strictly forbidden, as mentioned in Soldat's EULA. Stop using it and buy your own key. If it detects you and your moronic friend playing online at the same time, you'll both be automatically banned. Even though he says he stopped playing, you have no real reason to believe him, especially since Soldat is so addicting.

if he gave you the key then its not stealing.
if he gave you a copy of the key then yeah it is.

either way, its quite stupid to announce these things
