Since there were no enemies and I failed to hit myself with a nade, several times, I couldn't loose any HP :(

Nice interfaces, but I have a question. What interface program do you use to create them larger than 640x480? I'm in the middle of an 800x600 interface but it's really annoying to work with in Soldat Interface Maker.

I use the default interface maker aswell.

First you create an image which is the same size than the resolution you are making the interface for. Then you add every frame into the image which you should later save as health.bmp or .png (health.bmp, ammo.bmp, jet.bmp and fire-bar-r.bmp) This is the base of the interface. It is possible to cut the right edge of the image if there's no use for it. I'm pretty sure you could cut out the top and the bottom as well, but I haven't tried it yet. Also, if you do so, it's better to do it later because you need the pixels while you're progressing with the interface.

Adding the bars is probably the trickiest thing to do with bigger resolutions. This is where you need the full sized health.bmp. Hover your cursor over the top left corner of one of the frames, in an image editing program such as MSPaint or Gimp, and check the coordinates of the corner. Then choose the interface maker and grab the bar you're about to place. Hold the left mouse button and move the bar overscreen to match the coordinates (which are shown in the lower right corner of the editor) you got earlier. Repeat with the other bars.

The grenades, ammo text and weapon name has their own lil things which might confuse you. They are placed the same way as the bars, but you'll have to find out how many blank pixels there are between the top left corner and the actual image or text. Grenades, for example, has to be placed 10 pixels left from where you would like to put them. You'll find out the right amount of needed offset by checking it in the interface maker.

Team box and info text act weirdly. Usually I just check the placement in Soldat, adjust and check again untill I'm satisfied with the result. I think the location of the ping dot is fixed.

* If you're going to cut the top edge of the health.bmp, it should be the last thing done. I'm not sure, but I think that if you cut 400 pixels out of the 600, you should place it in 0, 400. You'll probably find it out by yourself.
