toGif allows you to turn scenery in a map into .gif's without the use of a hex editor.
How to use:
1. Open up a fresh and pretty command prompt.
2. Open up an explorer window.
3. Find toGif.exe and drag it onto your command prompt. You should see the path to it in quote marks.
4. Add a space to the command prompt.
5. Find your map and drag it onto your command prompt. You should see the path to it in quotation marks too!
6. Press enter. It should give you a list of the scenerystuffs with a number next to each one.
7. Type the number of the scenery you want to change to gif.
8. Keep going until you've typed all the numbers of the scenery you want to change.
9. Type -1. Press enter. It saved it!
10. ...Profit!
11. Why are you here?
Source included, can be made on lux easily with gcc.
