That doesn't change the fact that motherboard latencies are undetectable to the user. I did know that. You tell me a lot of things I already know.

Jesus no need to be so pedantic. Is there anything wrong about the fact that they have been in use since 1995? Is there any reason to tell him that its a form factor since he already knows that? He asked if it was out of date and so far nobody has given much more than a yes or no.
