I just wanted to know what the opinion is on the "breathing" sfx

Because I've talked to a couple people and I've been getting differing

responses form them.

  Some like it(personally I sort of like it makes the little soldat dude feel alive....that is until hes dead  ) and others think that's its annoying(which I also understand)

It's ok, but for soft fall is annoying. This can stay but moved to hard falling. Also metal floor steps are stupid because in Soldat there's variety in maps - try find something more neutral what should fit for everything like rock, cardboard, glass, plastic but as neutral as possible. Metal is too specific.

the only problem is that I didn't have anything else to work with.

The breathing needs to be softer I will agree BUT this mod was

made for realistic gaming so its nice to hear the breathing (after all
what noises would you make after jumping 20 feet up in the
air and landing on hard ground ) the other problem is when you
"run" up hill he starts hyperventilating  .

Hyperventilating? Just see that old Soldat Arena Mod by DuKeMaN707. When jumping, dude breathes like being raped anally. A way how to not try add realism with sounds.

So make breathes quieter and move these louder to "hard and high" ones.

More detailed coloring, work on the shape of hats\hair\etc...?

Coloring is directly related to the color that you choose set (in the player menu)

As far as the hats go I thought that there fairly good..

Hair you're right but that's hardly the main point of the mod....but I'll put some more work into the gosteks and maby I'll post an update later (but my main focus is on my upcoming mod).

Are the gosteks the only thing you don't like ?

there's not much more to a minigun than its barrel....so I'm not going t otry to fix that.

with a grand total of 10 pixels its not easy to make something look "real"...

But I'm thinking that were getting off topic....
