Help with makeing a Diablo 2 interface

I'm makeing a Diablo 2 interface but I can't get the jet gauge to work right. All I need to do is get this to work and I can post it....

Is there anything that will overlap the jetbar?

Furthermore, how do you make certain things overlap eachother? like the jet icon over lap the jet bar, ect.

For registered interfaces, I am fairly sure the fire-bar-r file overlaps everything that you have on the interface, for example, it will overlap the health-bar and the health-bar background. My suggestion is that you make a 640 * 480 bitmap and layout all of the icons on there and save it as fire-bar-r, rather than using the jet-bar icon. For backgrounds, use the health file, as it (I think) is overlapped by everything else.

Hmmm, The health icon is not overlaped by the health bar, and i'll try the fire bar

This  is a copy of diablo 2 interface from Cataclysm, available here.

Edit: and, maybe your blue thing isn't working because it's so down

No fucker, I went around on google images and made my own. I didn't even know he posted a download link.

And It's not too far down...Its just overlaping whats around it.
