Who is the crack registered on?  You can see it in exit menu like this:

''The chop'' Do you mean chainsaw?

Yeah you might want to tell us exactly what the problem is because I'm not sure, and I don't think anyone else is either.

Are you saying that you have a cracked soldat registration? Are you saying that when you kill someone there is a 2second delay?

Maybe he means that he has to reload after 2 sec. what's a Derby Dog anyway?
and I guess he means modded, not cracked

I had this same problem back on my old PC but now that I am using my laptop I don't have it anymore.  I don't know if re-installing or something like that would fix it.  Do you also get alot of access violations and FPS drops/rises with it? 'Cause that's what I had with it too.

Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX applicable to your version of Windows and that you have the latest drivers for your Video Card.
There are other worlds than these

What brand is it? You can update your graphics card by either:
1. Going to the brand of your graphics cards website.
2. Find what model your graphics card is.
3. Download the specific update for it.

If you need any more help just post back here.

Style? O.o
Anyway...
Control Panel > Device Manager >  GPU (or w/e you have there)
It should help you.
You can also use Everest.
Or any other PC/GPU performance tester.

Faster solution in my opinion: Run>dxdiag
