Yes this installer takes 1/2 of all time of developing Soldat.Release will be soon.(10-20 years)

they just need to install the program that is gonna make the installer, and that program also needs installation, wich again needs installation, so this may take some time...

It is being delayed because the company that create a component of the installer are in the middle of doing translations. Due to the nature of this 'component', releasing without it is not a wise move. It is beyond my control, but I ensure everyone that I am trying my best to get it out. I guarantee nobody wants it released more than me.
